| An AC Adapter set or some rechargeable alternative is a definite bonus for just about any console, portable or controller. True that is, unless it's the Virtual Boy. I threw down $30 for this set so instead of using 4 AA batteries I could just plug it into the wall. It came out in 1995 and 14 years later I still don't think I got my moneys worth. With a small lineup of games and the games that are available taking very little time to complete, I could've done without this. Plus the system can run quite a long time on 4 AA's. If you ever decide to own a piece of Nintendo history and get a Virtual Boy, don't bother throwing down extra money on this. Those batteries will go a long way. | |

| Oh come on... Batteries are expensive, and the cost adds up fast... even if they last for a long time with the Virtual Boy, an adapter is always the way to play, as long as you're near an outlet. Anyone who plays a lot of Virtual Boy (don't know if there's anyone who does, but...) would easily get their money's worth out of a $30 adapter. $30 worth of batteries would be gone in a few months. | |

| If you can find that gamer that hits the Virtual Boy regularly and introduce him to me, I give you permission to slap me and call me Susan. Even when the Virtual Boy first dropped, it would be hard to find. But I'm sure he or she is out there. Step forward please! | |

| Now what about the one that you can play 4 players instead of 1 part. I heard that they didn't not only created something about this but also no longer doing this either anymore. It's bullsh**! I would love to see that adapter or something else for using a 4 player fun action game! | |

| You mean the link cable that would've allowed multiplayer by connecting Virtual Boys? That idea never made it because the Virtual Boy died before it's first birthday. | |

| BTW Streex: The $30 adapter you paid for could have been sidestepped: The Virtual Boy used the same adapter as the SNES. | |

| You know, I think I heard that before. By the time I did I had already sold my SNES. Aw shucks! | |
