Will mobile phone gaming kill off systems like the 3DS?
I doubt it, there will always be dedicated portables.

http://www.latinospost.com/articles/5709/20121018/wii-u-launch-nintendo-land-provide-deep.htm

This is the first time I've seen all 12 titles listed. I can see why some of these were never mentioned. I had hoped they were saving some good ones for later. The article says 3 games are co-op, 3 are competitive, and 6 are single-player. Well, that means half are going to get old for me real fast. Also, which category are they classifying Metroid under, because it's co-op and competitive. This is also the first time I've heard of the F-Zero game at all, much less heard it described.

The F-Zero game was getting poor previews, but admittedly it was an early build that was played. What I hope Nintendo does with this game is add new "attractions" to this theme park title. It would be awesome if we could download something like "Pikachu's Catch em All" or "StarFox Space Battle" later on for $5 each. A new attraction every 3 months to expand the theme park.

That's actually a brilliant idea, but not really Nintendo's style. Who knows? Maybe they'll surprise us.
