Not too sure what to think of this upcomming title. Ill tell you one thing, these gifs are so damn wierd i have to give it a shot.







SUPER SANDWICH!

It looks very much like Excite Truck so I guess it's confirmed that the same team is making this game. Excite Truck is one of the most underrated games on the Wii. If they follow the same formula this one should be just as good. With some goofy tricks I might add.

I'm actually quite excited by the news. A new arcade racer in the vain of Excitetruck sounds fun. I just hope they are able to fit in a four player race mode. As to the people saying it looks quite odd, I say the stranger the better. I guess that's not surprising coming from a Mother fan like myself though.

Looks fun. I've always been one for arcade racers.

Rejoice! Online ExciteBots! This might be the title that bumps online Mario Kart Thursdays for me and replaces it with online ExciteBots Thursdays.

If only I had fast internet at home I would so own you in a race Streex. Too bad. Still very exciting news and I'm most definitely going to pick this one up sometime.

Has anyone else been checking out gameplay videos of this game? It looks so fun to play. I can't wait for this weekend to get here! (I'm getting it for my birthday) Let's hope I don't stink too bad at it as I have very little experience with Wii racing games.

Edit: I just received this game this past Sunday and it is everything I had hoped it would be. Unfortunately, I only had a few hours to play it before I had to catch some Z's. The controls are very precise and responsive which is a must for a racing game. An impressive sense of speed is presented in the title and I find it so addicting trying to pull off the biggest stunts I possibly can. (at least when my turtle car isn't crashing into trees, I have a bad tendency to do that ) I'm also a fan of unlockables in games so I can tell it will keep me busy for quite a while. It's just a little unfortunate I don't have high speed internet back home, because I hear the online works pretty lagfree. I'll give some more impressions once I spend some more time with it. Anybody else buy or at least get to experience Excitebots?

I picked it up and plan t pop it in tonioght for some online racing. Ill let you know my impressions tomorrow.

Sounds good. I've been able to watch a few videos online and it looks incredibly fun from what I can see.

Well ummm....the game is fun? Not sure what I should say with this one. Its interesting, 6 player online would be more interesting. Racing with just 2 kinda sucks. Its not just racing lots of random shit pops up through the courses to make it more interesting. Its basically what I thought it would be, a crazy ii game thats made for multiple people. 2 player action on one console is kinda shitty.

Yeah, I think they should have worked on at least putting a couple of computer controlled bots in the versus mode to spice things up. Kind of a bummer there. My sister and I had some very close races though that got quite intense. It was basically a neck and neck race to grab that 50 star first place bonus. I still found the game to be quite enjoyable overall with plenty to keep me coming back for more.

I got Cheator hooked on this game, if only playing at GameStop. After pouring in countless hours on Excite Truck I found my skills transferred to the similar gameplay of Excite Bots. Immediately I was flying through levels breaking all the top scores set by previous players. Very fun title. Those bars you have to rotate around sure slow things up though.
