Dreamcast

Dreamcast is my favorite non Nintendo console, hence the icon for this section. When Triz revealed it to us I was taken back. It was a beautiful looking system and had some nice features, including the memory card with its own screen and online, which was pretty new stuff back then. Soul Calibur and the NBA game we always played I'll never forget how impressive they looked. I'd love for Sega to one day make another console. I'd really be excited! A four console industry might be a little crowded but I'm for it.

No mention of Sega Swirl?

Sega Swirl is too huge to be clumped in with this post. Look down...you'll see it has its own topic from months ago.

O yea i remember the DC. what a great system for its day. so sad sony's ps2 stole its thunder ;(. came with a built in modem, keybord support and youu have got to love the VMU. the my first online game was starlancer. i was unstopable in that game lol. heck the DC was my first time getting on the net iirc. i had some great times on it. i enjoyed that sega chat as much as the games. you could make your own chat channles ect.

One thing that bothered me...the cord. Bad design to put the cord coming out at the bottom of the controller.

The Dreamcast is typical Sega. Years ahead of its time, a little too ambitious, and sadly forgotten.

Although I have to say the Saturn trumps it in every way, just my opinion though.

Forgotten by the general public, but all of us here stand tall and salute...the great...Dreamcast.

Lousy game but still love the system.
