So I just bought a brand new Famicom Micro. Odd purchase I know, but I inquired at the gamestop and she had one shipped cross country so I could pick it up. I always wanted one of these things and i had plenty of store credit to cover it.

Nice. I always loved my micro. Sure, it only played gba games and it was tiny as hell. But that was why I lied it, the smallness was wicked awesome for sneaking 10 minute grindfests @ work and people thought it was my cell phone! LOL Plus the resolution made Golden Sun look even cooler.
Nice catch on the Fami edition. Wish I had that, and the NES gba sp as well. Damn.

A perfect purchase! Never had one but had the chance to try one a while back. Love the screens brightness and it was ridiculously portable. You can even switch out faceplates! You should post a pic.

I still havent opened it. There is quite a bit of profit to be made if I sell the sealed unit. Honestly if I had an easier time finding Game boy advance games it would have been opened earlier. So far Ive only picked up Yoshis story and have been playing it in the wifes DS.
..how fitting i mention Yoshis story on my 300th posts and my avatar changed to yoshi

A Game Boy Micro eh? I've always wondered what would it be like if you take it on a long trip to Florida or put it on your pocket or pass it over or etc. etc. etc.........Yiiiiiiiiiiikes! Who would've thought the Game Boy Micro would be sooo much fun to hold it on and play Game Boy Advance Games? Man I wish one day I have one of those.

Your purchase of a Micro has got me itching to reacquire some new retro Nintendo portables that I used to own or never had the chance to. Thanks a lot Triz.

That's one awesome little console there! If I had one I'm not sure I could resist not selling it on eBay for massive profit! I also see you have your Big AR Card. Got mine a month back and just last week I got an even bigger version in the Official Nintendo Magazine we have in Australia. On the reverse side is an AR marker for the Pokedex instead of the Mario AR Card the Club Nintendo one has.

An even bigger AR Card?!? This one is pretty big, we had a hard time getting it to work properly in small rooms. I can only imagine an even bigger one. That's cool they have the Pokemarker instead. I wish Nintendo Power would have given us one.
