DEADSPACE!

IGN.com has a new preview for the game up. Its looking pretty good so far. The graphics are realy cool. I still wich they were making it a FPS style game like MP3 but even still it looks like it may be a win. If they can actualy make the shootiong fun it has a real chance at being a top game. unlike REuc. Man i realy didnt care for that game. boreing a just felt like it was half ***ed. Any way whats your guys opinion on DS. think it will be a great game or just another cash in.

I must say this game does sound fun, but I'll have to see how it's coming along once it gets closer to release to make my final decision on it. Although it has been done in first person shooter before (I'm looking at you Perfect Dark) I really like the addition of a secondary fire option on a rail shooter. If they manage to accomplish everything they say, this could be quite an impressive title, especially since I read somewhere it even covers a different part of the story from its Xbox 360 and PS3 counterparts.

I might be in the minority, but I actually enjoyed Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. I'll admit it is a little slow and repetitive if you are playing solo, but get a friend to play the co-op with you on the hardest difficulty and good times always follow. In my opinion it was a good game, but we can all hope that Resident Evil: Darkside Chronicles comes to fruition as a great game.

I wont be getting the Wii take on the series. The orignal is too good to be tainted with this version.

I don't think it will be tainting the series. It is actually turning out to be something I might have to pick up. It will taint the series if you rely heavily on prettier pictures, but since I judge my games on gameplay and loved Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles like Lier X Agerate, I'm hyped. And the graphics are better than most Wii titles.

come on man, give the game a chance. hey i was as let down as the next guy when i seen it was to be a on rails shooter.But the game is actualy looking to be pretty good. i could be wrong but i dont see it actually being as good as deadspace on the ps3 but still even ifits half is good thats saing something. As long as they do some cool things, give it a good story and character progression and actualy make the shooting fun it could really add to the deadspace series. "or soon to be a series lol"

On rails games, are not for me. I feel like it cheapens the experience. Just a personal opinion. I stick to earlier statements. Dead space was one of the best games of last year. Why dumb it done to bring it to the Wii?

Being a fan of the original dead space game, I have to say this was an awesome game adding to the story as a prequel.  don't let the "on-rails"  genre turn you away, they're actually very fun,. especially when using the wiimote to aim and fire.
