just saw the Ninty E3 confrence. 3DS looks very good. my only qustion is will it use a physical storage for the games or will it be download only. im a bit concerned over this as it would be a deal breaker for me if it was download only . if i can walk in to a store and buy the games then im DEF going to get one asap. i skiped the whole DS thing but the 3ds just looks so cool. i love that they have a slider to adjust the 3d effects.

Looked amazing. I want to see it in action soooo badly. I doubt it will be download only, though I didn't notice a slot but we didn't get to see much. Search google for some pics I'm sure they're up now.

Ah crap now I have to get 3ds as well? *sigh* if only things never seems to get in my way.

The 3DS has a slot that will be used for both 3DS and DS games. Because of this, I'm assuming the 3DS game cards are the same size as DS game cards.

The stylus will be extendable up to 4 inches! Kinda neat.

What I'm most excited for (besides a crazy lineup of titles) is the ability to take 3D pictures.

Back to the games. This is UNBELIEVABLE! Take a look at this lineup and tell me you don't want a 3DS:

Man i cant wait. only thing that was curving my hype was not knowing if the 3ds was going to be like that crap PSPgo with it down load only games. By the way i heard the 3ds carts will be 2 gig to start with. man im so hyped for this thing. thats a great game line up right off the bat. I have not been this exited for ninty system sense the N64 of which i called that dang nintendo hot line like twice a week to get updates lol. this was before the wonders of the net .
I hope that batman game is going to play like arkum asylum wich is GREAT. And finaly star fox. its a bit of a let down that its just Sf64 redone but still. Im stupid giddy for the 3ds. i feel like im 15 years old again. :p

while iv preferred sony's consoles sense about half way threw the 32/64 bit days di to the game line up's iv not cared for the psp for the same reason. as far as the system itself it very cool. comfy in the hands "for a portable system", nice big clear LCD screen and good graphics. but its lack of high end games "imho" kept me from getting one. it does have a few that i would love to play but not enough to buy a psp. And dont get me started on that GO mod. i hate download only games plus the fact it was more expensive than the normal psp dispite not having a UMD drive and a smaller screen pissed me off.

I have a psp, and agree with you 100% that it has no games of high value. I bought one (ok, 2 because of the differences in models) souly because I am a collector and fan of a few franchises that I wanted to play psp-wise.

PSPgo was/is a joke, BUT downloadable games are the future. As much as I hate to say it.

Hell yeah it is. I can't help but grin, Nintendo must just be loving it. Everyone kissing their ass again, after much shit talking after the holy Gamecube was put out. I still do not understand people's apprehension towards it, so many classic titles...

Anyhoo- system is hot, games all sound badass... Ocarina of Time remake... or do you think it will just be the same graphics but 3d-ized? I am hoping for remade...

What I've heard and seen is that the graphics will be improved to some extent. Plus with recent info from Reggie it seems like we will be getting a ton of classic games redone in 3D. Maybe a 3D Virtual Console? I don't know but it's getting ridiculous how awesome this 3DS is turning out to be.

Oh yeah! And just heard it will not only take 3D pictures, but record 3D videos! I think by the time it comes out it will be the ultimate swiss army knife of handhelds.

Damn, video too? It all seems too good to be true!
