| Has anyone play this before? If you say yes then you are da*n wrong why?! Because this game is waaaay different than the PC. The characters design are different, the layouts and stages are different, they even added 2 new guns that are Super Shotgun and Laser gun which is f**king awesome. Trust me you will see the 2 difference between. Now as I watched this from youtube before, it might be easy even in nightmare mode. I mean there are some strategy that you will avoid and get your accuracy perfect. Still there is like a new foe that gives revival life to the monsters. What a b*tch! Finding secrets and secret levels is no problem if you are completely stuck and have no idea where to go next. Oh yes almost forgot. The Laser gun is useless at first because you don't have 3 artifacts that will lock the doors from bunch of monsters at the very final level. Once you have all 3 artifacts then the Laser gun would be quite useful.
Overall this game is a must have to all of you guys that never played this before. Yes I said never played this before because it's different than Doom from the PC. There is also maybe couple or few new monsters that you face. So......yeah. | |

| I agree that this is a must have. I did find it a lot more difficult than you did. It really got difficult down the stretch, but I loved how many different levels there were. And some truly awesome weapons at your disposal. The last boss had my number for quite awhile. The funny thing is that the enemies are 2D in a 3D game. You never can tell since they rotate with you so you only see them from one side. But there were a few occasions where if I was standing close enough to a wall or door I could see through it. If an enemy was on the other side it was flat. That was one minor flaw that didn't affect my appreciation for this game. | |

| Actually, the game was technically still 2D. All the verical was an illusion. Did you notice there was never one room directly below another? That's because it was technically impossible for that game engine. You were just seeing a 2D environment from a first-person point of view. It was like a souped-up Faceball. | |
