| Keyboard feels like a real keyboard but ouch! $80 is steep. First time a musical instrument on the Wii doesn't connect directly to a Wiimote, instead a dongle plugs into one of the USB ports in the back of the Wii to pick up the Keyboard signal. Because of this, batteries are required to keep this thing powered. Glad to add a new peripheral to the lineup but as I slowly get burnt out with the music genre, picking this up was rather difficult. Not sure how much fun I'm going to get out of this. | |

| This franchise rapes the wallet completely and I refuse to take part in it. LOL | |

| It does. I'm not even going to think about getting the real guitars that can be used with this game. | |

| Don't kid yourself. Now that they actually ARE real instruments, I may actually consider buying the newest iteration. Of course- not really. HaHAHAHAHAHA | |

| We're considering this for teaching our son to play piano. Let me know how the tutorials look. | |

| Well- it would cost about as much to get, like, a $200 Yamaha keyboard that has lights on the keys to show you where to put your hands. Then the tyke could play with it and not have to be using your Wii.
Actually- how much is the keytar?

| This one was an accident. Computer froze and I clicked the button twice like a fool. | |

Actually- how much is the keytar? Perhaps, but I'm not sure the Yamaha gives lessons.

| This is true but watching a Rock Band tutorial is the same as watching a YouTube one. | |

| Ha. Perhaps true, but I'm guessing the Rock Band one benefits from a little more interactivity. | |

Actually- how much is the keytar? It's $80, but really you need to pay $130 to get the software also. Antilles, haven't gotten to it yet so I'm not sure how instructional the tutorial is.

| ZeldAnTales is right! I did..but not as much as I'd like. There is a nice tutorial for pro keys. Starts with the basics and keeps going to advanced. Something like 30 different lessons including which fingers you use to hit which keys. Seems like a good teacher but you might run out of lessons quick. At the least it should get him interested and well on his way. | |
