| Well. After much dissent and many a ponderous hour spent on whether or not it was morally decent of me to purchase a PSTriple, I got a deal too good to pass on. So I picked one of these bricks (the new model looks much nicer- still a fuckin' brick) up and, after returning all the pathetically trite games that came with the bundle found myself looking to satiate my appetite for Playstation gaming.
Nary a disc game could be found at ye olde local GameStop worth the purchase. Me only wanted Uncharted 1 or Heavy Rain, neither could be found. So I went home empty handed, and apparently also stopped with the pirate monologue before it got cool.
Anyhow- so I went to the Playstation store and there's mostly crap on there, too. Then I saw the word: ARCADE. Ok- lets check this shit out! Turtles in Time? In HD? Nigga this weed right here, nigga? SOLD.
So there's multiplayer, of course. Local or online. I haven't been able to find anyone online, which is lame (I don't have this problem with X-Men or Little Big Planet) but local is good enough and certainly kick ass.
The graphics look great, and the gameplay is as fluid (if not a bit more so). All in all its almost identical to the SNES version, updated to the newer sleeker turtles.
My complaints are minimal: some of the bosses have been changed (no Rat King? FAIL!) and some are made much easier. Super Shredder in particular was far easier, albeit I played in normal mode.
It also comes with leaderboards and a Survival Mode. Trophies as well. All good times.
Also- this was published by Ubisoft which surprises me because everything they put out is usually SHIT!

| Oh yeah this is a great one. I played the 360 version but I think it's the same thing. The missing Rat King boss was stupid. I'd like to know why that was. Was the Rat King not at home when they called to ask for rights to his name? Or maybe he turned his life around and didn't want to be remembered as a turtle hater. Anyway, good review. Somehow you sounded like a pirate and Chris Tucker from the movie Friday all in a few sentences.

| Yeah it was a bummer but in no way makes or breaks anything. I suppose it should also be noted that I preferred the d-pad to the analog stick. | |

| Down with Ubisoft!
Wait... I did REALLY like Ghost Recon on 3DS. Now I don't know WHAT to think. | |

| They squeeze out some gems from time to time, mostly just in the publishing aspect. Never when they develop. | |

| Also, their 3D logo screen is pretty trippy. Kudos on that one. | |
