Workboy

A peripheral that never made it, the Workboy would have turned out GameBoys into PDA's. This bundle would have cost $80 for the stand, keyboard and software. The software would allow give us a clock, day planner, temperature converter, calendar, currency converter, and even a phone function. The phone part of it would have been too awkward as it's intended use was for you to hold the GameBoy up to a phone to allow it to make blips and bleeps to call the number for you. I think dialing the number would be much quicker but it would have been something cool to try a few times. But it was canned so I guess the world will never know about this device that was truly ahead of its time...the Workboy.
