NES Zapper

These guns are so iconic and nostalgic, but far from what I liked. My devotion and preference goes to the Super Scope. However, the Zapper was originally gray, but Nintendo changed it because it could be mistaken for a real gun. Really. They changed it to orange so their wouldn't be any confusion. Not sure what color mine is and too lazy to go dig it out to find out. The NES Zapper got some decent support with 16 compatible games, so the Zapper didn't have to collect dust if you didn't want it to. To this day I still love hearing the classic 'clang' noise you got when you pulled the trigger. You could hear that thing going from the other room and know exactly what it was. Too bad it was a tad too loud. When I was younger I couldn't play Zapper games when I was grounded or otherwise because the sound would get me busted.
