I've never seen this thing, but it was never sold in stores. It was used by doctors and dentists to sedate a child. While the child was relaxed playing a game on the GameBoy, the doctor/dentist slowly put the kid to sleep. I was never put to sleep until I was about 16 so I missed out on all the fun.
