Resistance Band

The Resistance Band that comes with EA Sports Active works well and gets the job done, but as you can see they snap very easily. This is my Resistance Band after its first snap. It has snapped a total of 5 times so far and is about to snap again. There are better bands on the market so EA went with this model to cut costs I'm sure. Thankfully it has always snapped near the handle so I've been able to take off the broken piece and retie the handle. It's happened so much that it is has gotten so small that the exercise that requires you to stretch it above your head I can no longer do. I'll buy a $20 Resistance Band/Leg Strap kit later but not until I do every single exercise in the game, for the principal of things, which is 19 more exercises to go. I understand normal wear and tear happen, but this is a bit too much.

I didn't mean to praise it that much. I mean it works, it just breaks a lot. If I had to score it I'd give it a 3.2/5. I have to consider that stuff like this does break from heavy usage.

Yeah but 5 times? Sounds more like a 2.0-1.8 to me. And that doesn't count the game I guess, lol.

EA Sports Active is an excellent 5/5! Great exercise 'game'. The equipment is a bit shoddy though.

Can you return it or send it in or somthing for a new one?

Only if it snaps within the first 90 days after purchase. My first snap happened just after 90 days.

lol well duh. They're like hmm 75% of the bands break after 95 days... so lets make the warrenty 90. business again streex. God damn business

Darn this business that I love too much! I don't let it sucker me though. Still haven't purchased a replacement. Just keep fixing the original.
