| Does anybody know if this was the first ever digital camera? I picked it up long after the GameBoy era, while we were in the DS phat era, but even as aged as it was the first time I put that in, I was thoroughly impressed. The menu and navigation is a little confusing but once you have enough time with it and know where everything is, the GameBoy Camera is packed with apps. You can't store many photos on it but you can use photos of yourself in games within the camera. It also has a little color in the menus being that it came out when the GameBoy Color was the newest thing. The photos however were black and white. You can use this in your GBA which helps a lot if you have the SP version with a light built in. You know, I don't think I've tried it on my DS but I think it might work on that too. Let me check real quick...ah no. It doesn't lock in. I tried on both the Phat and Lite but it won't work. Oh well. If you haven't tried it out and still have a Nintendo handheld GBA or older, I think you'll have some fun with this. Sure we have the new fandangled cameras on the DSi but still there are a couple fun extras that can only be done with the original GameBoy Camera. | |
