I don't have the game but I received a SpotPass with a code that can be used in the game. If you didn't get it and you have the game, here it is:

The message says:

You've received a password to get your own special Toy Pokemon Gallade! To get Gallade, launch the Pokemon Rumble Blast game from your Nintendo 3DS system and find Munna in Easterly Town (the second town you will visit in the game). When you talk to Munna, a password screen will appear. When you enter the password correctly, Munna will tell you where to find Gallade in Toyland!

I don't know if everyone got this so use it if you got it!
