| In the last couple of days I bought these on ebay: Yoshi's Island DS Mario vs Donkey Kong 2 NPC: Mario Power Tennis Super Mario 64 DS Mario Smash Football
My aim is to get as many Mario games as I possibly can!

| Love Yoshi's Island DS. Good luck getting 100%. That game is tough! Super Mario 64 DS is a classic. I've poured so many hours in the mini games alone. The rest of that list looks filled with 5 star classics. You can't go wrong with Mario. | |

You may be mistaken. If I knew that I would have gone that route. You know I buy stuff at GameStop as a last resort, but it doesn't matter. I'm not in a hurry to get it. April will be here before we know it.

| Made some retro purchases!
Super Mario World (Super NES)
Star Trek: 25th Anniversary (NES)
I'll be playing through Super Mario World so it's fresh on my mind for the retro review on the February podcast.
I think I watched Antilles play Star Trek a long time ago. This will be my first voyage to the end. I'll play it next month for the retro review on the March podcast.

| Big acquisition for me today. Picked up Space Invaders: Virtual Collection for the Virtual Boy. Now only 3 VB games remain to complete the library! Took a photo for verification. The Ninfest magnet is for proof of the acquisition. | |

| I'm not sure I want to disclose that information. It's embarassing what a collector will do for a collection. $320. | |

| At the time Mercs came out I was in a real dry spell (I think?). And quite honestly, I shouldn't have spent the money because I'm not in a really good financial state now either. It was an expensive impulse buy that I hope doesn't bite me back.
ZeldAnTales might agree with me on this as a collector himself. Coming closer to completing a collection or goal is more important than another game in an ever growing library.

| Give it plenty of love. Control issues aside, the game really is pretty great. I'm getting better with the controls. | |

| I picked up Spirit Camera: The Cursed Memoir. I'm really liking the interactive AR book that comes with it. The reviews are all over the place for this one, but so far my only complaint is that I can't play it in the dark. You are probably aware that light is necessary for the cameras to work. There is also some ghosting going on so I'm finding that, like Pilotwings Resort, turning down the 3D effect is necessary. 50% seems to be the sweet spot. | |

| Went retro with my latest purchase. Picked up Final Fantasy 2 for the Super NES. Hate the game. Dropped the cash completely for collector reasons only. | |

| The only game I've bought recently is Kirby's Adventure Wii. Haven't had time to play it yet either. I will be pre-ordering Mario Tennis pretty soon. | |

| Is Kirby's Adventure in Australia known as Kirby's Return to Dream Land in the states? If so you'll like it. Much better than Epic Yarn. | |

| Naming games differently has sometimes been related to a word that might be offensive in one region but not the other. Like Star Fox is known as Star Wing in Europe. Fox is not a very nice word out there if I can remember correctly. Do you know if Return to Dream Land might not be a presentable title in Australia? It might just not sound as appealing, I don't know. Like Nintendo Letter Box to you is SwapNote to us. The eShop game we call Pushmo is PullBlox in Australia. Do Australians prefer to pull stuff over pushing them? Why is it called something different in two different regions? I'm sure Nintendo has their reasons. If anyone knows, please share.
This would be a good topic to dive in deeper and write up a news post about now that I think of it...
