Already had Streex. Added Triz and Zeldan. Ready to get the stuffing beat out of me in SSF4. I gotta say, I like the big move and combo buttons. I tried learning the moves, but it's just too frustrating and time-consuming and I just don't have THAT kind of dedication to learn them all. In fact, I'd find this game a lot less fun without them. (A decade ago, it might have been different. I guess I'm getting old.)

I feel exactly the same. I dont have 30+ hours to sit through training mode and learn everything, I have kids to feed and people at the mall to streetPass!!!

Triz was whoopin on me locally. I tried to play you last night by turning on internet while in arcade mode but other random fighters kept joining. So I jumped out and tried to start an internet match with friends but couldn't find you.

But I have you added! Still haven't StreetPassed anyone but Triz...3 times.

I have street passed 10 people, thats it. I literally have taken all 3 of my kids to the mall like every other day. I think most people (aka idiots) dont turn their street pass on.

Yeah, I street-passed people at the Nintendo World store. (GREAT place to pick up street passes, BTW.) I lost 9 out of 10 figure battles- LOL. I hadn't done anything with figures at that point and I had all lvl 1! Now, of course, I see how easy it is to get better figures and how balanced the system is, since you can't have a total level of more than 20.

Streex, that is probably the biggest mistake I see Capcom made. It's a minor complaint, as the game is superb overall, but The internet challenge feature is actually completely pointless. A good idea, yes, but when you think about it, it doesn't work out like they no doubt envisioned. I'm sure they saw it as being very much like the arcade games- you're playing a match and someone comes along, pops a quarter in, and you jump into a human match. It didn't happen often, so it wasn't annoying. This is how the local option works, but the internet option ends up being no different than just going online and looking for opponents. You're not going to get a single CPU match done, so why bother with story mode or anything else? Just go look for opponents. The internet option really needed to at least let you restrict it to friends- then it would be VERY useful.

Agreed. I was looking for a way to restrict it to friends but they forgot that option. Like you said, when I put it on internet challenge not once could I fight offline. A new challenger always interrupted during the cut scene.

Yes, I too love how balanced the figurine battles are. I have won 3/5!!!

One thing- when you fight me, PLEASE don't use GUILE!!! That guy PISSES ME OFF SO MUCH!!!!! The combination of his sonic boom and his flash kick make him nigh untouchable! Too strong! (I'm sure there's ways to beat him- I do sometimes, but it's a TON of work and I can't find any way to reliably (more than 10% of the time) beat him!)

Funny you say that. The first guy I battled online did the ol' Guile trick to me. Now it's so easy to pull off each move with touch screen presses.

Okay I added Antilles friend code in my system. Now all I have to do is wait for Antilles to come back on the forums and have him get my code in.

I keep forgetting about Mario Kart Mondays. It was so easy to jump into living in Texas since it was at 8pm. Now that it is at 6pm for me in California it completely blows over my head.

Streeeeex! I'm not sure if it even happens anymore. I'm still sore that nobody got Goldeneye and nobody wants to play Bomberman.

Yeah I wish they kept Bomberman on the nightly gaming list. What a bunch of prudes.
