| Yeah! lol. Can you see what the person is playing if they're playing a DS/DSiWare game?? Whether it be online or offline? That might come in handy if you can see them playing an online DS game otherwise without a chat feature that's about all we can do. | |

| I'm not sure the 3DS can remain online while playing a DS game, even if the DS game has its own online component. If the 3DS could, though, it wouldn't care if the game is DS or 3DS- it would tell you. (Just like how street pass tells people I was just playing, say, Spirit Tracks, for instance.)
Still, as it stands now, even if you can tell someone is playing a 3DS game online, there's no way to get their attention to let them know you want to play, so it's somewhat pointless. | |

| Could it be possible when you see someone online just write a simple message, hoping they freeze gameplay and see who just jumped online and read your new message? | |

| Anything's possible, but will they do it? Probably not. I get that Nintendo is weak at online stuff, but you don't have to be particularly creative to make it work. There are scads of tried-and-true methods. Pick one! | |
