I'm going to list current infatuations rather than actually buckling down and choosing "favorites", as it were. Too hard for me.

Colors: I enjoy a good blue or red.

Books I've enjoyed: The LOTR books and its offshoots/branches (i.e. The Silmarillion, etc), anything by Roald Dahl or C.S. Lewis, or Daniel Quinn pre-Story of B.

Movies I can watch more than once: The Ninth Gate, most Coen Brothers movies, The Princess Bride and other fantastic 80s fantasy movies, most David Lynch movies.

Foods/Restaurants I frequent: IHOP!, French Toast in general, munchies in general, all candy minus grape and banana flavors, and sodapop with the same rules that apply to candy.

5 franchises I couldn't game without: The Legend of Zelda, Panzer Dragoon, Golden Sun, Mario (though I should point out that this is strictly the platforming Mario stuff), and the Tales of... series.

I have been gaming since I was 3 years old. I had a hernia operation at that time, and my grandmother promised me anythign I wanted. I wanted an NES. Within a week or so Super Mario Bros. was old hat, and I casually played until 1987 when The Legend of Zelda came out. My entire family would play, the same file, because we would all watch and eat popcorn and drink sodas. My mom even played, she is terrible but enjoyed the unique dungeon aspects of the game. Once this and its sequel came out, I was hooked. I've gone on to become quite the obsessive collector, sometimes possibly surpassing that description in a quest for the title of "video game aficionado". With over 750 games in my library, many of which include super rare titles, I don't think I'm too far off.

Don't sound like much of a gamer to me. j/k

You definitely have a pricey collection that would feed a third world country for decades. Wish I kept my stuff over the years.

I should have known! Man, I just rediscovered that store last week, seriously! Walked in and I was impressed with their line of gaming shirts, hats and bags. They also have an awesome assortment of Nintendo candy and energy drinks. Hot Topic isn't just for emo's anymore. After all, it's a gamers world.

I kinda hate the store these days, back in the mid 90s it was more my style, more leather/goth style clothes. Of course, thats what I was into at the time, so go figure.

Either way, I'm 27 now and there's not much point to it. LOL

TBH I dont remember! I know Tiff got me Glory of Heracles (which Im currently playing).

What do you think of Glory of Heracles? I passed over it.

Played for about 35 hours, got close to the end and just... moved on. Nothing special at all.

Yup pretty much the same thing you said, except I didnt get half as far before I gave up.

Only reason I got that far into it is because I play rpgs while at work, turn based is pretty great for janitor work, lol. Set up your battles, commence, go clean, come back battle done kitchen clean hahahaha....

It's part time. Still looking for full time work. What I like about it is that I get paid a set amount before I start. If I get done early, I go home and still get the full amount.

Damn, thats awesome!!! I get an hourly wage, but I have the same luxury of not really having a set time frame. I usually work around 6.5 hours, but lately have been milking it to 7.

Work is work. I get the luxury of getting to sit at home all day with a laptop getting shit done. Ive learned to hate it though, and I take less showers now. Kinda feel like a real gamer lol.
