Will mobile phone gaming kill off systems like the 3DS?
I doubt it, there will always be dedicated portables.

Yes, the 3DS will be the last portable system from Nintendo.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess TwilightPrincess

Many of us played Twilight Princess on the Wii because we picked it up with the Wii at launch, but who had the opportunity of trying it on the GameCube? It actually gets a higher rating on the Cube than the Wii and that might be because the motion controls weren't embraced by everyone. The GameCube has a sweet controller and probably made this an unforgettable game on the old system. All I know is that the game levels were the mirror opposite of the Wii version. I forget...is Link left or right handed in this one? He's left handed normally right? What I really want to know is if any of you tried this version and how does it compare to the Wii version?

I have them both ('natch) and I have to say the widescreen support for the Wii made it superior to me. Plus at the time, the controls were cool. Now I look back and think a button would have been nice, but when I played the GCN version it just felt stale already. Couldn't follow through.

Oh yeah, I'll probably never get this version. Once I try one version, it doesn't feel right spending money on the same game for different controls. But you did! I suppose that's expected for someone named *ahem* ZELDAnTales. silent

It's like all the new play control stuff on the Wii. I have the GameCube games so there is no need for me to go out and get the motion control version. Feels like a waste.

Knowing that the Wii had widescreen that would put it above the GC version for me too. I literally waited to play this game for a few years until I bought a bigger TV and new surround sound so I could fully immerse myself in the Hylian adventure.
