| I've seen this game in action on the 360 and Wii U and graphically can't tell the difference. The Wii U version is getting the highest scores but obviously the least amount of copies have been sold for it which makes the online space a bit bare. I'll be diving into the Wii U version this week but if you've played both which version do you feel is tops? | |

| 360 wins with more robust online community. Wiiu is a perfectly reasonable port though. I have no complaints other than the lack of players online.
Digital Foundry gave the nod to the 360 version as well. Ironically none of the versions are running in native HD contrary to claims made by the developers.

| Man, this game has the trolls from both aisles really wasting my time having to click through all the nonsense posts lol. This is, of course, in the other forums I frequent.
I'm curious about the graphics, though Triz. From some shots I've seen it seems the Wii U has less characters in action and some of the backgrounds seem... stiffer.
Not really a terrifying concept considering I didn't expect Nintendo to "outshine" the competition, just seems kinda goofy that the Wii U can't handle the same amount of onscreen AI... Is this just due to a lazy port or can the Wii U expect this sort of nonsense in the future?

| Well, If you pay heed to the speculation threads about the hardware and developer comments, while the WiiU has more RAM and Better GPU than 360/PS3, apparently the CPU is not up to par with the other guys. That could hamper ports and AI stuff. Might mean less guys on screen? I dont play COD for the campaign its all fluff as far as I'm concerned. I play it for the multiplayer, hence my slight dissapointment in online player counts.
Really you only get 2 game options on WII U. Team deathmatch or domination. None of the other gametypes have EVER had any players in them for games. This makes me a sad panda because I prefer objective games.

| I expect that online number to go up though over time. If the Wii version of the original can sport an average of 48K people online at all times, then I assume the Wii U version can see similar numbers. The problem here though is that there is 97 million Wii's out there. You're bound to have a huge online community with that kind of market saturation. I hate to think that we'll have to wait 2 years to have enough people playing all the online options.
On the topic of things missing in the game, I've also read that Darksiders 2 on Wii U lacks some environment pieces like less trees, stuff like that. Not a dealbreaker and I'm sure I'll enjoy it just as much as any console owner but I do have a slight bad taste in my mouth.

I prefer objective games, too! Deathmatch is SOOOO OVERRATED! People don't like to think- pure and simple. Just point and shoot and they're happy.
