My favorite DS game is currently Phantom Hourglass (big Zelda fan and not much of a DS fan).
My favorite DSiWare game is currently Dark Void Zero, by Capcom. Plays like Mega Man meets Contra highly recommended!

What's my favorite DS games? Well let me see here............ah! Every Castlevania DS games, Animal Crossing Wild World, Mario & Luigi Bowser's Inside Story, New Super Mario Bros., Pokemon Platinum, Kirby Super Star Ultra, and Kirby Canvas Curse. I think there might be more for me but that's all I can think of. Those games I played are wonderful! I wonder what will it be next Favourite Game on DS/DSi Icon_question

Hard to pick just one. I'll go with Metroid Prime Hunters. After getting used to the controls it was awesome, even with repeating bosses. Online was insane.
