Thought I'd share something cool that happened to me today.

I bought two of those "Make Me A Millionaire" lottery scratchers and on the second one I won $25. When I went back to the store to cash it in, I decided to try one of the $3 "Payday" tickets. I scratched that off and won another $10. So that's $35 I won today, and only spent $5 total on the tickets. Pretty good for guy who's currently unemployed, I guess.

Also tried the new Cherry Dr. Pepper when I was at the store. It's pretty tasty.

I know nobody cares, just thought I'd give this forum a little life.

That's $35 you can spend on video games! That's how I always look at money. If I have $100, I don't have $100, I have 2 Wii Games. I have a fun lottery story as well. In January I bought a $5 Hot Hand scratcher and won $500. I went to the lottery store and they made me hold a big check that they wrote $500 on while they took my picture. Kinda embarrassing. They also gave me a free bag and water cooler with the Texas lottery logos on them.

What. You never told me about that. Most I ever won on a scratcher was $100. I did that twice on two seperate $3 tickets. Couple years ago though.

I also tried that new drink called Drank. It's the opposite of energy drinks. On the can it says "Slow your Roll." Man it made me tired. Good drink if you need to get some sleep but not if you have to stay up and work on a website!

I've hit a dry spell with the lottery lately. I think I've only won $5 here and there. Bought a $20 ticket that only brought in $25. So that's really only $5 also.

$20 lottery tickets? holy shit, I thought $5 was pushing it.

I bought 2 $3 tickets last night cause they were pinball themed. I won $10.

I've heard that all the lottery is is a tax on the poor. Well, I can see what they are saying, but I hope my numbers come up someday so I tell them they are wrong as I go to the bank.

I think my lifetime lottery winnings are about $40. My lifetime spendings on lottery are $0. That's, like, an infinity% return!

(Two tickets were given to me on separate occasions. One won $10 and another won $20. The rest is a rough guess on small amounts on tickets found discarded outside of a liquor store as a kid.)
